493ci motor for the General Lee
Last Sunday I picked up the latest upgrade to the General Lee: a built 440 block with a 4150 crank in it, meaning 493 cubic inches. This works out to 8.05 litres. In the next few weeks we will be fitting it, along with a B&M flex plate and PTC 9.5 inch torque converter. I bought the engine built so hopefully it should all go well. The motor is fitted with:
Eagle 4150 forged crank
10.5:1 aluminium forged pistons
Mopar .590 mechanical cam
906 cylinder heads
